Covering a particular geographical sector, Sales Representatives develop the sales of our software and services to the customers and prospects for which they are responsible.


Responsible for the implementation of our solutions to the customer’s site, Project Managers launch and oversee the project in close collaboration with the client’s project leader.


The Consultant works closely with project managers and is responsible for the deployment of our software solutions to customer sites. He/she intervenes in particular in pre-deployment field studies, the configuration of solutions on site, the preparation and delivery of customer training courses.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT                                                                                  

Makes diagnoses, and handles, monitors, and resolves customer inquiries via telephone and remote maintenance. He/she manages the response given to customers by liaising with internal departments.


Participates in the development of a product or product line, service or service line from the design stage through to their being available on the market (definition of a range of products, design of software features, product functional expertise, etc.)


Depending on the analysis of user requirements and functional studies, he/she has an advisory opinion on the detailed specifications and carries out programming in a particular language, according to design expectations, while respecting deadlines and defined quality standards.
