Our large team of consultants and project managers has field-proven experience in implementing Hospital Information Systems.

Our methodology relies on the most advanced project management methods (RACI, Project Quality Plan, etc.) to efficiently manage deployments.

Based on the many business situations and objectives we had to deal with to deliver dozens of large projects, we have created an implementation template, which can be easily adapted to match any specific context.
